Baroque Revelations & Revelries: The Fall Preview
The Baroque Music Festival, Corona del Mar presents its Fall Preview Sunday October 13, 4- 6 p.m. at the Community Room & Patio, Newport Beach Civic Center (100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach). Event highlights will include pop-up Vivaldi Four Seasons violin "Show & Tell" and solo Bach performances by Elizabeth Blumenstock, plus the South Coast Brass quintet serenading guests through the Sculpture Garden starting at 3:20 p.m. Fine wines, teas, coffees and infused waters will be served. Newport Beach Film Festival

Activity Booth at 2024 Halloween Spooktacular
For the first time ever, the City Arts Commission will host an activity booth at the 7th Annual Halloween Spooktacular, happening October 26, 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. at Mariners Park (1300 Irvine Ave., Newport Beach). Join the City Arts Commission and paint a pumpkin! Hundreds of pumpkins will be available for decoration, free of charge, at this popular community event bringing together residents, neighborhood groups and Commissions from across the city.
